Quadra established in 2003: from an idea of UGO GHEZZI, an entrepreneur in the “renewable” energy sector who, supported by his son and daughter MARCO AND CRISTINA, decided to buy a small wine cellar which they completely renewed. The wine project of Ghezzi’s family had already started in the beginning of the nineties with the establishment of the first vineyards of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero located in “Marzaghette” in Adro giving life to the farm holding the same name. L’OSTERIA DI QUADRA is the ideal place to end a visit to the wine cellar with Aris Pina, a chef who has considerable international experience. Quadra has found its identity in the local and national market, and Ugo Ghezzi has decided to give a further input to the project entrusting the general direction to MARIO FALCETTI, supported by the agro-technician Sergio Gatti and by the oenologist Antonia Tancredi.
At the same time the distribution in Italy has been entrusted toGRUPPO MEREGALLI, a leader company for the distribution of quality wine and distillate liquor; and new foreign markets have been opened.
